SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your order to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Our delivery time starts from the moment payment for your order is processed and a further 24-48 hour period where your items will be dispatched by our warehouse during weekdays. Please note that this can take longer during our busy sale periods and national holidays, when it may take up to larger than 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

The expected time for delivery may vary depending on the delivery destination. If you have not received your delivery after the expected delivery date, please email support@themilkywaylighting.com and we will track your order for you.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Sure, within 3-5 days after you receive our email of shipping confirmation, we will send you an email with the tracking information, which include the tracking ID and the direct link for you to check easily. We will always make sure to provide it on time!

 

WHAT IS AN PRIORITY INSURED SHIPPING?

If you placed your order with an insured shipping, your order will be protected meaning that if your package is not arrived within 40 days, we will be happy to make a full refund without question asked, and we will be also happy to resend/replace another package with the same item in order for free. And you are also on top of our processing queue, means that your order will be processed before others.

 

WHAT IS STANDARD SHIPPING?

Standard shipping is similar as the insured shipping, the difference is that we can only make a full refund if your package is not arrived within 40 days after it’s being shipped out.

 

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE

Depending on the country you live, shipping internationally usually takes 40 days at most but for example if you live in the US, Europe or East Asia, it takes only 2-5 days for the package to arrive + 1-2 processing days. For very rare cases, shipping may take longer due to weather and waiting for airline to transfer the package.

 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system after the item is shipped. If your order was placed more than 8 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVE IT

We know how important your order is! We provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. Sometime the package cannot be delivered because you entered an INCORRECT phone number during your checkout so our shipping company cannot contact you when the package arrived at your location.

FAILED DELIVERY

We will deliver the goods to the delivery address specified when you placed your order. Please be accurate when you give us your address details as we will not be liable if the address you have given is incorrect.

 

OWNERSHIP

You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods..
